The Lakes Family Dental is Getting Back To Normal

McAllen, TX - We are excited to announce that Dr. Jeffrey Alvarado , and The Lakes Family Dental have returned to normal operations so that patients can get the routine dental care that they need. Our normal operations include your teeth cleanings, x-rays, teeth whitening, clear aligners braces, and implants.

We understand that COVID-19 is still a concern and we are taking extra precautions to keep our patients and staff safe. We are following the CDC and Texas State guidelines.

We used to greet every patient with a handshake, but this gesture has been paused. Plexiglass has been installed in the lobby and consultation rooms. We are using a dry-shield suction system to help eliminate the cross-contamination of aerosol sprays and water droplets.

For additional protection our staff will be wearing disposable gowns and disposing them in exam areas. They will also change into and out of their scrubs at the office to maintain a clean area. In order to limit the time patients need to be in the office, they get to comfortably wait in their vehicles until their treatment room is fully sanitized. Only when the room is ready and fully clean, will they be allowed in.

We understand that patients want to get in for all their dental care needs while being as safe as possible. Our team is here to provide you a clean and comfortable environment while serving all your oral health needs. Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am - 5pm.
